1. you must be aged 18 or over;

2. you must live in the UK or the Republic of Ireland; and

3. you and your family members must not be employees of Monsoon, Lime and/or any other company associated with the Competition or their respective associated companies or agents. Your family members include your parents, partner and any of your children.

1. providing your personal details; and

2. confirming that you are a resident of the UK or the Republic of Ireland, aged 18 years or over, have read and accepted these Terms and Privacy Policy (together, an "Entry").

3. Only one (1) entry is permitted per entrant. Multiple entries will be void and the entrant disqualified.

There will be one winner of the Competition (the “Winner”)
The Winner will receive a five (5) night eco-friendly trip for a maximum of two (2) adults and two (2) children (16 years or under), to include:

1. Travel allowance to the maximum value of five hundred pounds sterling (£500) (may be used towards mileage or UK train travel);

2. Two (2) nights’ accommodation in hotel in Ambleside, Cumbria (the “Hotel”), sharing one quadruple occupancy room with daily breakfast, lunch and dinner;

3. Underground Adventure at a mine in the Lake District for the Winner and their guests including all equipment and an expert guide. (Note: Minimum age to participate is 10 years old with a minimum height requirement of 1m 30cm and all children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult);

4. Treetop Trampolining Experience at Tree Top Trek Windermere for the Winner and their guests (Note: minimum age to participate is 3 years old and all children under 5 years old must be supervised by an adult, the maximum weight limit is 120kg/19st);

5. Three (3) nights’ accommodation in glamping caravan in Gloucestershire, to include 1 x double bed and 2 x bunk beds, kitchen, wood-fired shower and compost toilet;

6. One (1) Amazon Fire HD 8 Alexa 8 Inch 16GB tablet with a pre-loaded Peter Rabbit themed scavenger hunt for the Winner and their guests to complete at Gloucester Farmers’ Market;

7. Visit to Beatrix Potter’s ‘The Tailor of Gloucester’ museum and shop;

8. One hundred pounds sterling (£100) spending money; and

9. Winner management and administration services in connection with fulfilling the Prize (together the “Prize”).

1. The trip must be booked and taken within 18 months of the Winner being notified that they have won the Prize excluding travel on or around 21 December 2021–2 January 2022 inclusive (Christmas and New Year), UK bank/public holidays, or Easter Sunday. Following the Winner’s acceptance of the Prize, they must contact the Prize Provider with three (3) preferred travel dates no later than six (6) weeks prior to departure and the trip must include a Saturday night in the Hotel. The exact dates for travel shall remain subject to availability at the time of booking. Once booked, the Prize cannot be altered or amended. All elements of the Prize must be taken together. Travel must be booked by 19/05/2022 and taken by 30th June 2022.
2. A valid credit or debit card will also be required for security deposit purposes when checking into the accommodations. If any of the stated activities are unavailable over Winner’s preferred travel dates, then alternative activities of equal value will be offered by Prize Provider. If the Winner chooses to forfeit any of the stated activities, then no alternative activities will be provided.
3. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not consist of anything other than expressly set out above and no additional costs (including, without limitation, transfers between the Winner’s home and local station or airport, spending money, excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, visas, personal expenses and any additional meals, drinks, tips, gratuities and any incidental expenses) are included.
4. The Winner must be aged 18 or over and have prior parental or guardian permission to take the any guests aged 16 or under on the trip.
5. If travelling from Ireland, the Winner and the Winner’s guests must hold valid passports and any other necessary travel documentation (including, without limitation, visas where necessary) and are advised to obtain their own travel insurance and arrange any necessary health requirements. It is Winner’s and Winner’s guests’ responsibility to ascertain whether a visa is necessary for travel and if so, to ensure these have been obtained prior to their departure and any costs associated shall be borne by the Winner.
6. The Winner of the Competition will be the first Entry selected randomly by Monsoon.
7. The Winner will be selected on or before Monday 14th June 2021 and Monsoon will notify the Winner on or before Tuesday 15th June by email that they have been successful.
8. If you win the Prize, you agree to provide Monsoon with all information reasonably requested in order for Monsoon to substantiate your identity, age and place of residence.
9. Monsoon reserves the right to choose an alternate Winner (or Winners) if:

• Winner does not comply with these Terms or Monsoon has reasonable grounds for believing that a Winner has broken a rule contained in these Terms; or
• Winner does not (i) agree to these Terms; (ii) want to receive the Prize; or (iii) give any consent as may be requested by Monsoon within three (3) days; or
• Monsoon cannot contact a Winner, or a Winner does not respond to any requests from Monsoon for information (e.g. confirmation of their address) within seven (7) days of such request.

1. Monsoon reserves the right to cancel this Competition at any stage prior to the Opening Date or to shorten the time for entering the Competition on notice, if Monsoon thinks it is unavoidable, or if circumstances arise which are out of Monsoon’s control. If the time for entering the Competition is cut short, winners shall be selected in accordance with these Terms from all eligible Entries received prior to such termination date.
2. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be valid. Monsoon is not responsible if your Entry gets lost, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, damaged or if you have technical problems trying to enter the Competition.
3. Please take care when entering the Competition to ensure that you provide your correct contact details. Any Entries which are incomplete and/or can’t be read clearly will not be valid and won’t be entered into the Competition.
4. Monsoon shall at its sole discretion determine whether an Entry is valid, based on the entry requirements set out in these Terms. Each valid entry will be entered into the Competition.
5. Only entries from individuals will be accepted. Any entries that Monsoon believes have (a) been made via participation in a syndicate or (b) via any form of machine assisted intervention enabling computer generated multiple entries, will be disqualified.
6. The Prize is as stated and is non-transferable. No cash, destination or accommodation alternatives will be offered. If due to circumstances beyond Monsoon’s control Monsoon is unable to provide any stated Prize or any part of it, Monsoon reserves the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value. The Prize may be subject to the additional terms and conditions of the manufacturer or supplier. The Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, prize, discount or promotion.
7. No compensation will be payable if the Winner is unable to use the Prize as stated. The actual value of the Prize may vary based on airfare fluctuations and period of travel. The Winner will not receive the difference between actual and approximate retail value.
8. Monsoon will not be liable for any loss or damage however it was caused (including without limitation in contract, tort or statutory duty) in connection with the Competition and/or Prize, other than death or personal injury caused by Monsoon’s (and/or its employees’) negligence.
9. Any personal information collected by Monsoon for the Competition will be used in accordance with Monsoon’s Privacy Policy set out at https://uk.monsoon.co.uk/view/contenet/security-and-privacy. Copies can be obtained by writing by email to dataprotectionofficer@monsoon.co.uk or by post to Monsoon’s address above, marked for the attention of The Data Protection Officer.
10. If you would like to know who won this Competition, please send a stamped addressed envelope to Monsoon at the above address marked “Peter Rabbit 2 Competition” within 60 days of the Closing Date and we will send you a list of any Winner’s first name and home county.
