What should I send in my Thrift+ Bag?
Thrift+ resell pre-loved clothes that still have a lot of life left in them. Double check this list to make sure your pieces qualify.
FASHION & ACCESSORIES
Womenswear, menswear, shoes and accessories are all fine to send! They don’t accept jewellery, childrenswear, underwear, swimwear or pyjamas.
CLEAN & QUALITY PIECES
Any clothes, shoes and accessories you send must be clean with no stains or rips.
FROM WELL-KNOWN BRANDS
Thrift+ accepts pieces from popular high-street brands and designer brands.

What is Thrift+?
Thrift+ is the seamless pre-loved marketplace. They’re on a mission to end fashion waste. By giving secondhand a makeover.
What's covered in the price of a bag?
Pre-paid postage to return your bag to Thrif+ or home collection All resell admin (including sorting, photographing, uploading, packing and shipping items that can find a new home on the Thrift+ store) Finding the right way to recirculate your pieces (if items aren’t a good fit for resale, they’ll donate them or send them on for recycling)
How do I use my credit?
Your Thrift+ Credits: once one of your items has sold on Thrift+ you can use your credit to buy other pre-loved items on Thrift+, donate the funds to a charity of your choice or redeem vouchers.

Monsoon credit: Once your order has arrived at Thrift+ you will receive an email with a 15% discount code to spend at Monsoon. Just add your code at the checkout page of your next online order to redeem it.

Monsoon discount code T&Cs:
  • You can use your Monsoon voucher online at monsoon.co.uk as full or part payment on your purchase.
  • If your order exceeds the value of the voucher, you can pay the remaining balance using a credit or debit card.
  • The voucher can only be used once – so please use the full value of it in the transaction otherwise it cannot be used again and any remaining funds will be lost.
  • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used towards the purchase of Monsoon gift cards.
  • Your voucher is valid for 6 months from the date it is issued. After that it will expire and the remaining amount will be lost.
  • Transactions can only be made in GBP. All other currencies are unavailable.
  • If your voucher gets lost, stolen or damaged, we are unable to replace it.
What is my Thrift+ Bag made from?
All Thrift+ Bags are made from Green PE, which is a bioplastic made from sugarcane. They are recyclable at supermarket drop off bag points and Thrift+ also recycle any that get sent to them.
Do I have to pay for return postage on my Thrift+ Bag?
Thrift+ offer free drop-off and home collection options to return your bag.
What type of clothing can I send?
The clothes don’t have to be from Monsoon, but they do need to be in good condition to be resold. Find out more about what to send (including which brands Thrift+ accepts for resale) here.
