We are working hard to keep everything running smoothly but please be aware that some deliveries may be delayed dependent on the delivery service and where the order is being shipped to. To try and help we have extended our Returns policy to 30 days and will be happy to answer any queries at all if you get in contact with our customer services team at email@example.com.

• Working days are Monday – Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
• All International orders are tracked, just click here and enter your details. Alternatively, we will send you an email once your order is on it's way with a tracking link included.
• Please be advised that on any public holiday dates in your country, deliveries will not be made. In this instance, please expect your order to arrive the next business day. We will always aim to deliver your parcels in the timeframes specified on site. If your order is late please contact our customer services team for further assistance.
• All our orders are subject to fraud checks. If there is a chance your order will be delayed as a result of this, you will be informed by email.
• Unfortunately we are not currently able to deliver to BFPO addresses and we have a few restrictions for PO Box Delivery.
• No orders for Norway or Switzerland can be delivered to a PO Box at this time.
• Express deliveries can only be made to PO Boxes in the following countries where you will be contacted once your order arrives in the country for further delivery arrangements to be made:
- Saudi Arabia
• We will only charge you once per order, even if we send more than one parcel.
• Due to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions applicable to International orders, some of our products may not be available for delivery to certain destinations outside the United Kingdom. We reserve the right to define which products may be shipped to your delivery country of choice.
• Please note that many countries have specific import restrictions on certain products of materials and it is the responsibility of customers to check local customs regulations before placing an order for delivery outside the United Kingdom. Monsoon Brands Ltd. do not offer any assistance in this process.
