Black Friday is now a strong tradition in the UK, and we’re excited to provide our customers with some great offers during this time!
To get you ready for the Black Friday season please find some useful FAQs which we hope will help you.

WHEN IS BLACK FRIDAY 2023?

What date is Black Friday? It falls on Friday 24th November 2023. But the Monsoon Black Friday sales will start earlier than that – just sign up to our newsletter to be the first to shop it online (no elbows needed).

WHEN IS CYBER MONDAY 2023?

What date is Cyber Monday? It's the 27th November. Save the date now, thank us later. Just don’t forget Cyber Monday ends midnight on 27th – so if you see something you love, don’t hang about.

ARE YOU OFFERING AN EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURN POLICY?

Any Christmas gifts bought online or in store between 22nd October 2022 and 24th December 2022 can be returned up until, and including, 16th January 2023 or within the standard 30 days after purchase, whichever is later. When purchasing gifts in store, please ask for a gift receipt so that the recipient can return their gift for an exchange or Gift Card if it is not to their liking. If returning an online order to our warehouse a refund will be processed back to the original payment method for orders returned up until and including 16th January 2023, or within the standard 30 days after purchase, whichever is later. We offer a number of delivery options including Home Delivery, Hermes ParcelShop and Click & Collect to your local Monsoon store. A full list of our delivery options can be found here.

DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT IN INSTALMENTS?

Yes, we do! We’re happy to offer customers to option to pay using Clear Pay or Klarna, subject to approval.

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE?

Yes, we have a lovely team waiting to take your call and help you place an order over the phone. Our team are available Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm and can be contacted on 0203 7388 836.

I HAVE A REWARD CARD; CAN I COLLECT POINTS DURING THE BLACK FRIDAY PERIOD?

Yes, please don’t forget to get your Reward card scanned in store or add this to your online account so you collect points for your purchases.
